About

Grace has had 25 years of a really interesting job: measuring the effect of marketing choices made by hundreds and hundreds of businesses. Through that experience she now sees big picture patterns in what works. Grace built, scaled, and sold her own marketing measurement consultancy, magic numbers, and training business, magic works. She has a PhD in economics, sits on industry committees, and has won and judged effectiveness awards in every major competition. People say Grace is a good communicator, and maybe they're right: In 2025, her talk at Cannes Lions had CMOs queueing outside the 800-seater room, her podcast at WARC landed in their top 5, and one of her Marketing Week columns was the most read article of the year.
